Orders received by ITZ Bases will be shipped out within ten business days via USPS Priority Mail.

Per the Post Office: In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.

You are responsible for the delivery address.  Please confirm your address when you place the order.

Once your package has been shipped we are no longer responsible for your order. Please contact your local Post Office to file a claim. Claims filed by the shipper are almost always denied.

All Priority Mail packages come with $50 insurance. Please add insurance on orders over $50.
