The factory has begun working on the Starter bases. Toolmakers and designers are meeting to design the complex multi-piece mold. The mold requires several interlocking parts to come together precisely as the hot plastic in injected into the steel mold. This type of mold is required to create the complex razor thin prongs that will make the base run right out of the bag! This will be the most expensive mold we have ever produced.

We are hoping to have these available this Fall. The key for us is to marry the design with the perfect plastic!
